The electric boiler includes many large and small parts. The main technical structure includes boiler body, shell, water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe, voltage control system, temperature sensor, water level monitoring system, wiring terminals, leakage maintenance switch, etc.

1. A heating chamber equipped with heating electricity and high melting point heating medium is installed below the Electric Boiler body, and the heating electricity is electrically connected with the voltage control system. The high melting point heating medium is installed at the arc ignition point after the heating electricity is energized. It should be noted that the heating electricity is tungsten electricity, and the high melting point heating medium is graphite carbon particles.

2. A tungsten wire heating rod is installed on the wall of the Electric Boiler body, which is electrically connected to the voltage control system through the wiring terminal of the device on the shell.

3. There are two or more heating electricity and high melting point heating medium installed below the Electric Boiler body. Tungsten wire heating rods are installed on the Electric Boiler body wall. The furnace bodies are connected through the surrounding pipes with heating induction coils. Each tungsten wire heating rod, heating electricity, and heating induction coil are electrically connected to the voltage control system through the wiring terminals installed on the shell.

Note: The voltage control system also includes the control system of adjustable transformer, tungsten wire heating rod, high frequency oscillating power amplifier, and heating method.

4. Temperature sensors are installed in the Electric Boiler body, water inlet pipe and water outlet pipe, and a water level monitoring system is installed on the Electric Boiler body, and a leakage maintenance switch is also provided on the voltage control system.
